Mr. Kistler received his degrees from the University of Iowa ( B.A. History, 1983) and Iowa Law School ( J.D. 1988). Mr. Kistler was an Associate Note and Comment Editor for the Iowa Law Review. His memberships include serving as President for the Riverside County Bar Association, serving as Treasurer for the Consumer Attorneys Of The Inland Empire and he is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is licensed by the California State Bar (1989) and serves as a personal injury case mediator for the Riverside Superior Court.
